Montreal, May 14, 2013. - Angle of Attack (Montreal English rock band) performs on the roof of the building at 1600 De Lorimier Avenue, facing the Jacques Cartier Bridge, throwing 7000 watts of sound to motorists on the scene. The group, being in a musical niche that does not allow it to be broadcasted on radio channels, decided to make a place for themselves to be recognized with music and visual effects to attract the attention of the public and media. The band performs for 35 minutes without interruption! Bold action that will help them to spread the message!
A gesture full of meaning.
Angle of Attack has decided to meet its own motto and to stand out in their own way. What better way to be seen then on a roof top with huge banners and where 7000 watts of sound? "We want people to understand that they must override system standards to achieve their purposes. Everyone has the right to move and try to get things done, and it's better to go big than not to go at all for fear that it does not work. "Said Patrick Castonguay, the vocalist.
The event also aims to raise a vision that is intended as a message of hope for all artists trying to break through the cultural industry. Indeed, members of the group, all academics, deeply believe that everyone should have the right to live his passion, and must make his own place and must make it his way. That’s what they did!
